Marcus & Millichap Arranges Sale of an 18-Unit Mixed-Use Property in Milwaukee''s Third Ward

Milwaukee, WI, April 25, 2024 – Marcus & Millichap (NYSE: MMI), a leading commercial real estate brokerage firm specializing in investment sales, financing, research and advisory services, announced today the sale of Grand Riverside Residences, located in Milwaukee’s Third Ward. The mixed-use property featuring 16 residential units and 2 retail spaces sold for $3.612 million.

Grand Riverside Residences was exclusively listed by Marcus & Millichap’s Matthew E. Whiteside, Senior Managing Director of Investments. After an extensive marketing campaign, Matthew Whiteside procured the buyer for the transaction.

Located at 225 to 229 N Water Street, Grand Riverside Residences is a historically significant property constructed in 1900, then renovated into luxury apartment homes and commercial retail spaces in 2006. The residential units boast Cream City brick accent walls, wood-beamed ceilings, granite countertops, central air conditioning, stainless-steel appliance packages and in-unit washer and dryer.
