The mixed-use property featuring 16 residential units and 2 retail spaces sold for $3.612 million.
Grand Riverside Residences was exclusively listed by Marcus & Millichap’s Matthew E. Whiteside, Senior Managing Director of Investments. After an extensive marketing campaign, Matthew Whiteside procured the buyer for the transaction.
